Positive: We really enjoyed our stay 😍 The apartment was super clean and very spacious. We had an AC in every room which really helped surviving the heat outside. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well-equipped and we found the washing machine very useful. Great thanks for the owner ☺️

Positive: Tom was very easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. He also met us at the property to hand over the keys and run through the features. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the central areas of Cagliari. The apartment was modern (completely and recently refurbished) with all facilities being brand new and working perfectly. Overall this was a great place to stay for a few nights and I'd highly recommend it.

Negative: The apartment is in an older building and there is no elevator - the access is via a rather steep staircase. Not a problem for able-bodied people, just something to keep in mind when booking.

Positive: Apartment was really nice, however the entrance to the flat was very narrow and the steps very steep. They are renovating this area.

Negative: The TV wasn't working properly and the internet was erratic. Parking was a problem I had to use public carpark which was unexpected

Positive: With a single bus ride we reached the flat (close to the large covered market, a supermarket, bus stop and also ideally located to reach the old town on foot) where the friendly host showed us around the beautiful and convenient rooms (one spacious / one smaller bedroom, a small but well-equipped bathroom and a dining room with fitted kitchen that made our stay of several days in Cagliari very pleasant.

Summary: easily accessible,well-appointed rooms, covered market nearby,walking distance to the center.
