Positive: We liked the location and the availability of the staff when we had a question or query. Check in was easy and explained very well. The security of the block was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the flat was lovely and warm. The heating was easy to use. Although we didn't use the swimming pool, that was a very good aspect of the rental. Had we stayed longer, we would have taken advantage of the pool. All of the main areas of the block were cleaned very well every day. Checkout was straightforward, too.
Negative: The toilet was very small and the space around the bed was minimal.

Positive: Love the pool and the location, the room is also easily accessible from the staircase and the elevator. There were utensils, cookware, a fridge, extra beddings. Parking space is also available. Owners were quick to accommodate us when we arrived with an issue. You get what you pay for.
Negative: Kitchen has no exhaust/hood. Lack of drying rack and ventilators (there was only 1). When we arrived, the mattress in the room was removed and we had to call the owners to put it back but the bed smelled a bit like pee (and the sheets too!), so we didn’t end up using it. We had to sleep in the couch bed instead which is not comfortable. You also have to buy everything else, such as the pods for dishwasher and for laundry. During peak, the laundry room is almost never available. There’s a general lack of storage. But despite all these, we still had a wonderful stay.
