Positive: Dapps Hill Haven proved to be the ideal base for us, four lady cyclists, to explore Bristol and Bath and the various routes in between. Set in a pretty and quiet part of Keynsham , yet close to the station, shops and a lovely park, the property was easy to find and access and a joy to return to at the end of a days cycling. Prior to our stay, Kath could not have been more helpful in answering our questions and offering us a safe place to leave our bikes overnight. We had a wonderful trip and are happy to recommend the apartment to others.

Negative: We could not have found a better and more convenient place to stay and one which fitted our requirements so fully. There was nothing to dislike.

Summary: A wonderful base for exploring Bristol and Bath and everywhere between.

Positive: The apartment was extremely quiet, clean and comfortable. It was well maintained, and very well equipped. Kath provided us with useful additional supplies. The apartment is on the middle and top level of a three level building. It is located near a river, in an area with no through traffic and lovely walks.

Positive: The apartment was thoughtfully styled and comfortable and had everything you needed. Coffee Tea Sugar milk, salt, pepper, oil etc. Very clean, very comfortable, easy parking, great location. It's peaceful and relaxing. The communications were excellent. Lots of great places nearby to eat as well as the river and park right next to the property..

Negative: Absolutely splitting hairs as it is so good, only issue I found was no chain on the bath plug.

Summary: So good, the pictures don't do it justice.

Positive: The apartment is well kept and the owners have made it very comfortable. They have put a lot into making their guests stay enjoyable and provide most consumables and items a guest will need including a welcoming bottle of wine. They also check to make sure everything is ok when you first arrive.

Negative: Master bedroom was a bit difficult for two adults to get in to bed due to the configuration of the roof. We solved this by using the twin single beds in the 1st floor bedroom and pushing them together. Our daughters then used the master bedroom and other twin single room.

Summary: We used the apartment as a base for four adults to visit Bath, Bristol & Cheddar excellent apartment

Positive: Dapps Hill Haven is a short walk from the railway station, with trains running regularly to Bath, Bristol and beyond. Keynesham is a small town with a lovely high street, a lovely river side walk and a well kept park. The property has its own parking, and space outside to sit (although the park is only 5 minutes walk away). There are all the facilities you’d want for a stay away from home and the property was spotlessly clean. The digital booklet is amazing, and Kath’s communications were faultless. It was nice to be greeted with a bottle of wine and a chocolate orange.

Summary: Stay here for a break if want to avoid Bath or Bristol traffic problems!
