Positive: The bedding and towels were very clean, which was most important to me. A very large apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was clean. The air conditioning worked very well.
Negative: The bathrooms could use some renovation.
Summary: A successful stay, close to everything, beautiful smell in location and a very kind receptionist.

Positive: The views, cleanliness and friendliness of the care-taking staff. Also, location is great, quietness is good and lots of parking space which make it easy for travellers.
Negative: Toilet is not just too small but the facilities inside require upgrade, including cabinet and kitchen items, for example the water tap in the toilet is quiet old and slightly detached, also the bowl is too small.
Summary: Enjoyable and pleasant.

Positive: Can't argue with the price. Fairly big room and seperate kitchenette with water boiler and microwave. Bed fairly comfortable. Working WiFi in the room. Location is pretty convenient.
Negative: It was a little hard to spot from outside, but assuming you have working internet on your phone it whouldn't be a problem. Had to ask for sheets and towels and the kitchen had zero utensils.
