Positive: Dar Essaada is a beautiful place to stay after the hustle and bustle of the Medina in Essaouira. Located in the countryside just 20 mins from the town, it is a place of peace and tranquility. We were greeted warmly by the staff and enjoyed some wonderful meals. The rooms are large and beautiful and decorated with an African theme. There are lots of original sculptures and artworks to admire. Thank you Latifa Thierry Francoise the chef and all the staff who made our stay most enjoyable. Special big hugs to Tia the adorable dog.

Positive: The warmest of welcomes received, a beautiful room with inspired touches to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was good value for money. Tranquil environment with lots to enjoy - missed out on the hammam & massages this time but will return to try it.
Negative: There was an issue with the pool on the second day so we couldn't use it as much as we planned to.

Positive: My family and I had a wonderful stay. The hospitality was excellent. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful and welcoming. My two daughters loved the swimming pool. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were so accommodating, going out of the way to prepare a dinner of spaghetti bolognese for my daughters. The family that own and run it were always on hand to help us with our stay and answer the many questions I had about booking taxi rides into town and camel rides!! We would definitely return again.
