Positive: I was pleasantly shocked at how beautiful the rooms were ànd how OUTSTANDING the food was. I would definitely book again.
Negative: It was great and an absolute bargain for the price..
Summary: The owner was great too he pointed out some great routes for me to go hiking.

Positive: Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Atlas Mountains - whilst Hamid’s family home is about a 15 minute drive from Imlil, for us it was the perfect place to stay whilst hiking Toubkal and the surrounding areas (you need a car!). Hamid and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful - always on call to support. The accommodation is quite literally their home, and so it is very authentically Moroccan. Huge comfortable beds, with plenty of blankets for the colder months. We were welcome to use their family kitchen, which was much appreciated. If I go back, I suspect I’ll return to Hamid’s home for our hiking base!
Negative: Perhaps a few things will get lost in translation, but it didn’t affect our stay.
Summary: Recommend for anyone visiting the Atlas Mountains!

Negative: I think the family was leaving than arriving than leaving again, waking us up around 5 am

Positive: Greate breakfast -table was fiull of typical Moroccan breakfast not bread with coffee but full of different. Very kind owner. Authentic room in moroccan style. Good value for money, owner speaks English. At warm time of the year can be a Paradise
Negative: Poor wifi, place in the middle of nowhere, no warm water in the shower and cold at night.

Positive: Great value for money. Plenty of blankets available in the room. Parking is available. Breakfast was alright. Location is good for exploring Asni, Imlil (Atlas Mountains) and Marrakech (with a car).
Negative: Rooms get very cold at night (it was 0 degrees outside and the buildings are designed to dissipate heat - I'm sure it would've been GREAT in warmer weather). An electric heater was provided but only one can be used in the whole building at any one time. The shower was either very cold or very hot (partly due to cold weather). Miscommunication is inevitable if you don't understand French or Amazigh/Darija.
Summary: Great value option, surrounded by nature. Owner is very friendly.

Positive: There were minor issues finding it—Google Maps shows the wrong location. Look for the one on the road called Imi-oughlade. A very tidy and renovated gite. Everything works, the doors close tightly, and there are even heaters. I recommend it.

Positive: We had lots of warm and beautiful blankets, there were enough beds and they were clean. We had the traditional Berber breakfast served every morning which was lovely, Hamid was caring and constantly checked we were ok and had enough to eat. We enjoyed the mountain hike which Hamid led. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner with other people which was lovely as we got to make friends. Hamid’s family was lovely and we had access to their kitchen which we used to try to warm up food for our child.
Negative: It was very cold and almost unbearable to sleep in the rooms at night despite the blankets. Our 3 year old became very poorly (coughing all night with cold and runny nose) and could barely eat. We had paid for 8 days but had to leave after 3 nights to a place in the coty centre which was warmer and had AC. We also moved so we could also take our child to consult in a pharmacy. After we moved, all of use became ill for the rest of our stay in Morocco. I think we chose the wrong time to go. It was freezing in the rooms at night at night and the layers of clothing and blankets were insufficient.
Summary: Really nice place and good value for money. Excellent host. We would only visit again when it is warmer.
