Positive: Great breakfast - tasty pancakes but rather cold.

Negative: Unfortunately our terrace at the very top of the hotel had no cushions or anything to sit on the iron frames but this is no fault of the hotel as the weather had been bad. It would be a good idea to put the cushions in the small shed so that we could take one or two out for the few sunny moments.

Positive: We had the most memorable experience at Dar Sultan. So much thought and detail has been put into this hotel. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the room and bed were perfect and it was inside the Kasbah! I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends and hope to go back again. Thank you for having us.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. A good location, easy to access.

Negative: The area around the riad can be noisy at night . Due to the narrow streets and alleys, sound reverberates easily. Part of staying in the Medina.

Positive: The breakfasts were amongst the best we have ever had. Such a wide variety and all so very fresh. The terrace was a wonderful place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. A special shout out to Ahmed, he was a super star. The other staff were also exceptional.

Positive: Located in the old city, all the rooftop was mine :) great view. Authentic Moroccan spirit.

Negative: You can see the facilities (AC, shower, etc) was kind of retrofitted into the old layout, and feel a bit cramped.. Keep your expectations on a reasonable level, it is not a brand-new European hotel. Also, asking me to leave before the official checkout time (12:00) because "another guest is coming" was kinda rude.
