Positive: It served the purpose of having a place to clean up and sleep.
Negative: The room was hard to ventilate with only one window. I had to leave the door and window open to air out the room. The AC unit in the other window was very loud. The shower was tiny - I’m 6’ 1” and 185 pounds, and I kept banging my head on the walls of the shower because there was so little clearance.

Positive: No breakfast was included with the stay.
Negative: 1. Memory foam mattress has two depressions on either side. I had to sleep in the middle where the firmness was sufficient. They should consider flipping the mattress more often. 2 Loud small window a/c unit even with ear plugs. 3. All towels and sheets were dark blue so it could not detect stains. They should be white only. 4. Front window was missing screen. 5. Bath liquid soaps had a very strong pine tree odor, overwhelming.
Summary: Ok, with close proximity to restaurants.

Positive: The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was walking distance from downtown restaurants and shops. It was nice to have air conditioning to give us a respite from the heat.
Negative: The noise from the upstairs guests was extremely loud and frequent. If we were to return we would definately ask for a room on the second floor. There was also a screech that seemed to come from the fridge that was loud enough to wake us up at night. We thought it was the ice maker but it continued even once we turned it off. The rate seemed high.
Summary: The room filled our needs but seemed pricey for what it was.
