Negative: The fan in the bathroom was very loud

Positive: The size of the living room and rooms was nice; there was enough space to hang clothes, the bathroom was clean and had a good size, the kitchen was equipped for some quick meals; there was a big refrigerator; the whole space look comfortable and inviting, and is well located.
Negative: There is a steep stair to access the house, but that the usual architecture in the area

Positive: The location for getting into and out of Providence was great. The apartment had loads of space and the beds were comfortable.
Negative: Need hooks in bathroom, nowhere to hand damp towels. Need some drawers in bedrooms, there was only hanging space available.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I enjoyed the location, but I don't mind walking 30-45 minutes to get into the heart of Providence. All of the instructions for entering the apartment were helpful and accurate.
Negative: Although the apartment was clean, I'm incredibly sensitive to smells. The sheets, bedding, couch and rug (?) must be sprayed regularly with products to deodorize. Ironically, there was another lingering smell, as if the rags and water used to wash the apartment were sour or not clean. The first night I found it hard to sleep because of the battle between the heavy deodorizing agents, and the lingering smell of dirty wash rags. There were no bugs or grease in the kitchen. I had hoped to cook our meals in the kitchen, but it is not well equipped with pans or utensils. There is also no grocery store within walking distance.
