Positive: The room, the personnel and the breakfast were excellent. We loved it.

Negative: The noisy street on Saturday evening, a bit less noisy the rest of the time but slightly annoying. Please have earplugs available for the guests.

Negative: I chose this hotel because the photos looked perfect, but the reality was completely different. The room was dirty, everything smelled bad, the balcony and windows wouldn’t close properly, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell caused by the way it was cleaned, not by the pipes. Inside the pillowcase there wasn’t even a pillow, just a folded duvet. At first glance the place looks luxurious, but up close you see the dirt and neglect. The staff was friendly, but that can’t make up for the lack of hygiene. The smell in the bathroom was so bad I couldn’t even take a shower. A very disappointing experience.

Positive: Rooms are as shown in the photos. The staff were friendly and really helpful and happy. We had 4 rooms in total and no problems with any. It doesn't serve alcohol so it was quiet oasis in a very busy city.

Negative: Slightly disappointed with breakfast, there is not a full kitchen. That said, we did not go hungry !

Summary: Wonderful place to stay as a family group.
