Positive: The host was very good at communicating with us and timing our arrival and departure date. We felt very welcome. The apartment was very spacious and had good furniture with comfortable beds. Linen was clean and ample towels were provided. We had access to a washing machine. Fresh flowers were offered as a bonus and we were also provided some treats in the fridge which were appreciated. There was air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms. The apartment had a pool which was under used by the occupants of the apartment so it was always free for us to access. Covered parking was a bonus for our rental car. The apartment is within walking distance to the main shops in town and about a 40 minute walk to Mindil beach if you walk quickly. We would definitely stay again and the place is highly recommended.
Negative: Pool might not be up to some people's standards but we were happy with it and it was not a requirement or need for our booking but we can appreciate that some people would 'want it all' so this is written here just to balance the review for others.
