Positive: This place is fantastic. It sits on a fairly quiet residential street, near public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and a block from a laundromat. The apartment is roomy and well equipped. Except for the inevitable drunk wandering the streets sharing his revelry, it is quiet and peaceful. The drunk just adds color to the experience! It is a short walk to the tram and a quick ride to all the sights in Nuremberg. The well equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy a quiet meal away from the hustle and bustle. A wonderful facility. In the three weeks of travel, this was the number one place to stay!
Negative: We didn't have the time to stay longer!

Positive: Svetlana was very responsive and helpful prior and during our stay. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate our needs. The kitchen had all the main utensils and appliances to prepare a meal. The flat itself was finished to a good standard and very clean. Cleaning service is also provided every 3rd day. There is a possibility to book a car park space for 10 euros day (located in the back courtyard) as it might be challenging to find a car park space in the street nearby. The town centre is reachable on foot (about 15 mins walk) or there is a tram stop nearby that takes you to the main railway station where the historic part of the town starts. There are several supermarkets around and restaurants to choose from. There is also a public swimming pool for those who like to go for a swim. I fully recommend this place

Positive: The rooms are clean and you have all amenities if traveling with kids or longer stays.
Negative: You can reach city center by foot, unfortunatelly you would have to pass thorugh some less pleasant areas where to be honest i would not go during the night, especially with kids. This is not near the hotel, rather closer to city center.
