Positive: 1. Location in a quieter area but easy stroll to the centre. 2. Beautiful and well-equipped apartment. We particularly liked the large main area that included the living room, dining area, and kitchen. 3. Big balcony 4. Blinds to block the sun in the afternoon. 5. Underground garage and bike storage area. 6. Daily bread delivery 7. Separate bathroom and toilet 8. Excellent shower.

Negative: Minor point: it was more difficult to find the right capsules for the coffee maker and it was a little temperamental.
