Summary: My stay was perfect. The room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the two spa areas (textile free on the top floor, swimwear on in the basement pool area) were beautiful. Felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ll be returning!

Summary: Honestly, one of my favorite destinations and stays on a long list of places visited. Beautiful views, great spa facilities with use late into the night, and excellent staff. Our room was upgraded and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was of top quality and restaurant served excellent meals. Bed was spacious and comfortable with a great morning sunrise view. Thank you so much for a short but amazing stay.

Summary: Great hotel in a fabulous location right in the heart of old town Innsbruck. Close to the station and only 15 mins in a cab to the airport . Lovely cocktail bar and truly amazing breakfast !! The front desk , bar tender and the breakfast staff were all really friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay there again .

Summary: Outstanding! Excellent location and wonderful spa experience. I’m always wary of indoor pools as I hate chlorine smell, but the pool here is magnesium and was lovely! Beds were the comfiest we have experienced in a long time and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much

Summary: Very clean well run boutique hotel with full spa facilities located right in downtown Innsbrook. Easily walk and enjoy all the shops and food in old town. My wife and I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!
