Summary: This is a wonderful, family owned hotel. The location is right in the heart of Kitzbuhel, just 5 mins walk from the main lift. Comfortable, clean room. Wonderful breakfast and incredible service. We had sauna and relaxation room to ourselves. Even packed us up a breakfast when we had an early checkout. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is terrific, with loads of choices including local pastries, and a great array of fresh fruit. A gem in every way.

Summary: The rooms were a perfect configuration. I love the glass walls in the bathrooms. Our friends and us met for breakfast every morning. The room was too warm though. Lowering the thermostat had no effect. We tried to keep the window open, and bars across the street were noisy until they closed.

Summary: Beautiful family run hotel that is in the city center but quiet. We loved the large selection at the breakfast buffet and the dinners were also delicious!
