Positive: Very centrally located and easy to navigate

Negative: Windows were not tinted in full which allowed people to see into the accommodation. We would appreciate if there are at least thin curtains that allowed sunlight.

Positive: The rooms were cozy and premium with lots of amenities, location good. Lobby had an area to keep bags though not locked but still better to keep them there and then explore the city before the 3 Pm checkin time

Negative: No lift, had to carry heavy bags up to the first floor. There are no rooms on the ground floor. Also the lighting was little less than expected.

Negative: On the second floor with tons of steps. I thought I had made sure we had elevators on all our stops that were not in ground floor, with kid and stroller, this was a problem. My bad probably. For the rest, it is a great spot. Note that you gotta park in the area for 20euros per 24h.

Positive: Amazing location, walkable to train station, alstadt, museums. Grocery stores, restaurants, everything. Very spacious apartment. 2 awesome full bathrooms. Efficient kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great washer. Everything was in perfect working order.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like.

Positive: The apartment was in a fantastic location. Close to the train station and main attractions but far enough away to be very quiet. It was a huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have 2 teenage boys so made use of the pull out coach which was very comfortable also. The apartment had a full kitchen so we were able to prepare meals at home and was also sparkling clean. It was our best accommodation on our Europe adventure so far. It was a little pricey but definitely delivered in terms of cleanliness, comfort and location.

Negative: We were on the 2nd floor which was good and had a good view over the street, but as with Europe we had to carry our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs to reach our room.

Positive: Location was fabulous and the rooms were wonderfully clean. The beds we very comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The mobile check in was easy. The only suggestion would be to have a more secure lobby space. Overall we loved our stay and I would highly recommend.

Negative: A more secure lobby and stair entrance would have felt better.
