Summary: The pictures of Hotel front are misleading! We thought we were booking a hotel right on the lake, instead the hotel was by a main road - 10 mins walk from a swimming spot at the lake. So, we were a bit disappointed. The man at reception explained that its a mistake made by Hotels.com and not their hotel. They do indeed have a hotel on the lake, but only with suites, at 100Euro extra. Apart from this, the hotel was a good experience, with clean pool, brilliant spa and amazing healthy breakfast buffet.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at the Walchsee Aktivresort! What an amazing place. The view of our room was breathtaking, and the entire experience was relaxing and unforgettable. The location, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic – we would come back anytime!
