Summary: A very nice peaceful hotel very close to the old town square.

Summary: Great centrally located property with walking access to the old town and many attractions. Unfortunately, lacks clean carpet. Also, bath tub height is higher which makes it harder to get in and out for even average height person let alone people with knee problem or other ailments. Suggest a small step and a handle to hold for stability. On average 4/5 points.

Summary: It’s an older property, but well maintained and cleaned. It certainly has a old world charm to it and a portion of the building has been there since the 15th century.

Summary: The rooms were large and clean and good quality. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing that the bed matrices were very hard. And the sky roof top was closed in 22.

Summary: Hotel was lovely and right off the main square in the old town. The roof terrace had good views and is nice particularly on a sunny day. The rooms were comfortable and clean enough but a little dusty on the main table area. Bedside cabinets etc had all been dusted down.

Summary: Well appointed, clean hotel in a great location. Bar opening times were limited but maybe the middle of May is too early in the season. Reception staff answered the questions asked but could be more proactive eg providing the wifi code and a local street map upon arrival without being asked. The outdoor sun terrace and open seated on the first floor were great spaces to socialize.

Summary: Silver kreaps in bathroom floor. Needed some upgrade in room. Rooftop was nice but not finished redecorated. Beautifully placed by the river and old town. Nice price.

Summary: Great location and quiet. Rooms were spotless. Parking was a big issue and communication on checking in was difficult. We prepaid for parking and we were given a bad copy of a map to the parking lot. It took us considerable time to find the lot which seemed like a mile or so away. Trying to enter the lot the code we were given could not be used. Back to the hotel, and the hotel took care of the car. Kunas, is a developing town. In a few years it maybe worthwhile but for now, things were rather sparse.

Summary: Breakfast was disappointing, I had read reviews about the excellent breakfast but the eggs were awful, bread was poor and the beans were beyond dry. The staff in the breakfast area were not welcoming, not one made eye contact or said good morning or even nodded at us. When we checked out we were asked if we used the room bar which we did, we paid for the couple of drinks and that was it, no thanks for your custom, no hope you had a pleasant stay, absolutely nothing not even a goodbye, it was really weird and although the hotel is in a great location we definitely wouldn't return.
