Positive: Large, comfortable home with two bathrooms, and a separate family room. Ideal for a family. Safe back yard for dogs and large deck to sit out on. Abundant accessible walks for the dog at this time of year. Lovely clean beach. Very accommodating owners, better than going through agents. Over all ticked all our boxes.

Positive: Kids love the pool table! Beautiful birds visiting daily. Very nice of host to provide all the cooking tools/equipment and needs such as salt, oil, and even flour!

Negative: Possums on the roof and maybe in the roof at night were noisy.
