Positive: The owners Kyle and Paula were awesome!...Very friendly..love this location and rooms were very clean..My family comes down once a year and they enjoy staying there as well

Positive: I loved how the Davis House Inn was so quaint, clean, quiet and very close to the Indian River and all the restaurants and bars - walking distance to Squid Lips and Captain Hiram’s Resort!

Negative: There is nothing I didn’t like about it!

Positive: Our room was spacious and QUIET! Loved the king sized bed and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Hotel is across the street from the river's edge with adirondack chairs, umbrellas and it's own private pier. Watched the sun rise from the pier with the dolphins churning up breakfast. The best amenity is the outdoor tiki bar/deck/grill area for guests to use. What a great place to enjoy the company of friends and family for a few cocktails or a cookout! No pool, but we wouldn't have used it anyway - boating and riverfront dining is much more entertaining!

Negative: A hook or two over the bathroom door to hang towels - that's about it!!

Summary: LOVE this hotel and will definitely be back!

Negative: Well being an older person (66) the height of the toilet was somewhat challenging. But that's not a complaint. Just an observation.

Summary: Second visit to here. Loved the first and this visit was right up there with it.
