Summary: Someone walked into my room in the middle of the night. Not sure if the locks are broken or the key system was, but it was shocking and unacceptable. I told staff and they were nonchalant.

Summary: The hotel is the undergoing some upgrades and renovations. It’s going to be very nice when it’s done. We were happy with our room and made use of the pool and hottub. The bed was comfortable. Check-in wasn’t available at all till 3pm, there was no one in the lobby, but he was helpful when he started his shift.
