Summary: Wasn’t going to take a honeymoon but then decided to book something last minute, close to Frankenmuth The guy at the front desk was in the bathroom for 45 minutes while I was waiting to ask for some silverware. Noticed candy wrappers behind the entertainment center and desk in the bedrooms once we got there and unpacked. Jacuzzi and bed were okay nothing that blew us away. Also wasn’t aware of the $50 deposit I had to pay upon arrival. Pool was only 4” deep with no hot tub as well. Not a lot of bang for your buck. The best part of it was the location, that’s it.

Summary: For the price, room was good, but door was difficult to open, you could see outside through the doorframe. Did not see extra blankets or pillows. Bathroom is tiny.

Summary: Requested first floor room, given 2nd floor. My husband , has a bad back, he had had to carry luggage up to our room. Overall the outside of the building looked sketchy. Needs painting especially the stairwell and the outside walkway. Breakfast was poor at best. No choice of food, coffee awful. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Summary: The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. I went to take a shower, no bathmat so I laid a towel in the tub and when i got out I realized no grab bar. I put my hand on the wall to steady my self. I picked up my foot to get out. My hand slipped on the wall tben my foot slipped. I fell. Hit my head in the door hard. Brused my shin and thigh. Next day I told the front desk. They acted like it was my fult and no big deal. They didn't have a form so they gave me a plain paper to write down my complaint. I showed them my goose egg I had on my head and acted like i was bothering them. Not sure if that paper ever got anywhere but the trash. Not pleases.

Summary: Breakfast was awesome. Parking was great very easy to find the place and the front desk was very helpful. The only thing that was not so great was the pillows at the hotel are more like decorative and the bedsheets had stains on them.

Summary: Booked it because the beds would accommodate my family. Wasnt worth it. Room was dirty. Fridge was unplugged and left closed so it stunk so bad it wasnt usable. Floor needed swept so bad that we had to wear shoes throughout the room to avoid dirt sticking to our feet and getting on our bed. We couldn't set our 9 month old down because the floor was too dirty to crawl on. Bed was ok but the sheets were not good. The fitted sheet wouldnt stay on the bed and one of the beds the blanket was so rough I wouldn't even use it as a dog blanket. The ice machine was broken so we had to go into the other hotel owned by the same people to get ice. They didnt replace our towels the second night. Room needs repairs as multiple ceiling tiles in the bathroom were sagging. No coffee maker. They brought towels one time and then didn't step foot into the room to clean or bring towels after the first time. We intentionally moved our stuff out of the way so housekeeping could sweep and make beds but nothing was done. We have stayed here before and it wasn't this bad but we will not be returning after this stay.
