Summary: We were able to check in early after arriving from our flight. The room was very comfy. We stayed fir one night. We had difficulty with the shower. The buffet breakfast was included and very acceptable. (Cook.your own panckes)

Summary: Bathroom wall covering needs repair or replacement. No one expects or likes to find long hairs in bathroom sink especially when neither of us has long hair. Opposing this, the front end staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated.

Summary: Receptionist was very helpful on check-in. We decided to try and get the bus to the hotel, it was an adventure, get a taxi. We didn’t have transport and there wasn’t much around the hotel. Went to the pool but wasn’t impressed with cleanliness or condition. Breakfast was ok but not great.

Summary: Stayed for one night before we left Canada for our vacation. The stay was great. The room we stayed in 205 was incredibly spacious for two people. We spent time in their pool and hot tub that was nice. One portion of the pool room was under construction at the time, but it did not hinder our experience. The waterslide that is in the pool room is awesome it was very fun to go down multiple times.

Summary: staff was very helpful. We requested early check-in and we were in our room by 2. Since we came to visit our son it was helpful to get in our room early and spend the day with him.

Summary: I understand it this is an older hotel but there are some small upgrades that can help the stay. For example, a clock or lamp with a usb plug in. I assumed they would have at least one but there were none. The mattress was old and caved towards the middle a little but they did give me a 35% discount for my inconvenience. Thank you to the front staff, Jaz, for the understanding.
