Summary: After a not so nice stay at a different hotel, this one was a breath of fresh air! Fabulous customer service and great location next to the redline train.

Summary: We were here for the calgary stampede. This location was a great walking distance to to stampede park. They had a great breakfast, pleasant staff and a great restaurant on site. The rooms were clean and we had a cute fully stocked kitchenette. Great stay.

Summary: Stay was OK, but toilet very slow to fill in order to flush it. Water pressure poor in the bathroom, plus water temperature not constant.

Summary: Place was clean and breakfast was average. Definitely could have been a lot better. No apple juice or water which is weird. Pool and hot tub area is loud, hot tub is small and not very hot.

Summary: The hotel itself was a bit dated but still very clean and well taken care of. The pool had the perfect temperature, the hot tub was warm and it was a large well lit space. The only disappointment was the elevator to our first floor room was not working. It seems to be a separate elevator for the other few floors. It was definitely challenging to haul our luggages up the large flight of stairs. The room was clean and spacious as we booked a double bedroom suite. We appreciated the use of an additional sink, larger mini fridge and microwave. The check in staff were very welcoming and accommodating. There was additional parking on a lower level and accessible through the ground floor. The continental breakfast was great and there was a good selection to choose from.

Summary: Charged my credit card during online check in and then again when I went in to pick up a key card. Some sort of murder investigation happening in the lobby yesterday. Elevator was out of service the entire time. Tv didn’t work when we got there. On site restaurant doesn’t open until 4pm. World’s tiniest Luke warm hottub. If you’re on a tight budget it’s far from the worst place you can stay
