Summary: I thought I was told it was $15 a night for a pet(very small dog). I was charged $50 a night. There is also NO elevator at this hotel.

Summary: First of all there is NO Double Rooms as listed on the website! Only two separate rooms that were down the hall from each other. NOT convenient when bringing kids on a trip! I did a walk around and found trash in one of the drawers that was left over from another stay. The next morning got woken up at 7am by the cleaning crew above us. Tried to call the front desk but phone in the room didn't work. I had to look up the hotel online and call the front desk. Went to take a shower and found the body wash was empty in the shower. I had asked the cleaning crew to refill it when we left for the day. The last thing to end the trip, the night before leaving the handle on the toilet broke. To flush you had to open the bowl and flush. Just a long list of things that shouldn't have taken place when staying someplace. I won't be staying there again.

Summary: Because we didn't arrive till 11pm on check in date, our non smoking room was given to someone else and we got a smoking room. Filter wasn't changed on heater/ac unit, we had the worst sleep..the stench was terrible..there was nothing left for breakfast at 0730..no coffee..soggy eggs.. cold fried potatoes..i had to go to front desk to let them know there was no food.There carpets need to be shampooed..dirty luggage carts,etc.
