Summary: I called twice to alert the staff I would be arriving after 4pm check-in time. The staff assured me that it was fine. Upon arrival, I found out the room I chose was no longer available. No one called me, instead the front desk staff angel told me he tried to run the card on file , instead of calling to verify if he can even process the payment. I choose online to pay at property. which is not the card I was paying with and was short 5 or so dollars from the amount due. And that resulted in us receiving a room with no mini fridge or microwave. The room I picked had both. How would I keep the drinks cold and if I had left overs, how would I reheat my food? The ice machine was broken, they failed to put a sign up to alarm anyone who has a room there. There was no trash can just small bins. Moving forward I will not be staying at the days inn.

Summary: This hotel is in a sketchy area and there are unsavory people walking around everywhere outside. There are different buildings to get to the main lobby. We did not feel safe having to do that.

Summary: Friendly service at the reception. The room was ok for an overnight stay. The shuttle bus only operates between 6am and 11pm so if you flight is delayed or you have a 7am flight like we did, you will had to get a $21 solar ride to the airport with Uber.

Summary: A reasonably-priced, clean place to stay for those overnight airport layovers. The room doors are exterior doors open to the parking lot, so it can be a little noisy. Our neighbors had a dog that barked and a large group, with kids, occupying the room next to us. The staff should have put us in a room away from this noisy group.

Summary: A maintenance woman entered the room without knocking or warning and we were in bed. The floor needs to be cleaned better because when you walked your feet turned black and we had several small cockroaches.
