Summary: The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Non- smoking rooms were limited so she put us on the second floor. We trudged up the outside stairs in the cold with our bags only to discover that the door won’t open. It wouldn’t budge after several attempts, so I went back down to the office for help. She gave me keys for the room next door, and they worked! However, the heater wasn’t working and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I called her and she came up with keys for another room. Yes, everything worked! There was no fridge and no coffee pot (coffee was there) which meant I had to get dressed and go down the cold outside stairs to the dining area for my wake-up coffee in the morning. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, though the covers were worn with holes in them. Once settled in we had a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Summary: The room was dated, but everything functioned. Room was clean, although it may be time to replace bedspreads that have cigarette burns. I would suggest to the housekeepers/launderers that they separate the linens used in smoking rooms from those used in non-smoking rooms. For the limited time spent at the motel, it did its job.

Summary: Parking was great as my husband is disabled and we were able to park right in front of our room; air conditioning/heating systems worked great; shower was amazing and bed was comfortable!

Summary: We were put in a room with an ancient, noisey ac unit, a tv remote that fell apart and the tv didn't work. Staff moved us to another room where those 2 things were ok.

Summary: Check-in was fast and efficient. The first room smelled like urine and the A/C was questionable. The front desk staff was accommodating and moved us to another room. The second room had one lamp on the night stand for the entire room. The desk chair was broken so you had to work with your elbows at shoulder level if you sat at the desk. There were vertical lines in the TV. The mini fridge was missing a shelf and so iced up that it was practically useless. The advertised breakfast was nothing more than yogurt, coffee and bread/stale muffins or packaged mini donuts. Overall, terribly dilapidated condition for the entire property.

Summary: Breakfast was poor, just donuts, and bread (slices were handled, shoved into plastic sandwich bags, but left a thumb dent in it, so was very unappealing.)
