Summary: Hotel is starting to get run down. Needs some up keep. Never had any room service after first night. We were out all day and came back to a room that wasn’t touched. Had to phone front desk to get new towels. All used towels still sitting in bathtub and beds not made

Summary: Rude front desk, people. Stains on the mattress pads and the cupboard doors wouldn’t stay shut so the maintenance guy taped them couldn’t turn the TV on or off with the remote and inquired a few times no one fixed. I also asked for the beds to be made up twice and they were not done either front desk claimed that they knocked a few times, but no one answered… Of course, cause no one was there.way Bonus was the breakfast was good

Summary: Horrible front desk service would not honour a pre paid deposit with hotels.com…had to contact customer service. Tv had two channels and they didn’t fix it(claimed unsure why),maintenance had to tape two drawers shut on the desk to stay closed and no appliances were plugged in and half the outlets were broken or not working. A/c sucked. Not once offered a new room. Maintenance man was super great and tried hard to make it better which was nice.

Summary: Check in was slow. I requested some bedding at the front desk, attendant said he would send someone to my room to bring it but he never came up. Flies were in my room. Bed was really hard. But breakfast was good, and the kids enjoyed the pool

Summary: The place is pretty run down. The tpilet handle broke, the bathtub was stained and looked dirty, walls badly needed touching up, mattress sagged a bit, etc pool was i less than optimal condition. We were supposd to get every other day light housekeeping and had to ask for it because we got skipped. One of the times the only things they seemed to do was empty the trash and leave fresh towels (didn't wipe down the bathroom, take the old towels or make the bed). Breakfast was dismal. Very dry, not much selection and pretty flavourless. Would pick somewhere else next time. Staff were mostly nice.
