Summary: Overall condition was poor! The bathroom and sink area appeared clean. Everything else furniture, and floors were sticky and clicked as you walked around. Night stands also were sticky to touch. I'm guessing they were wiped down without a separate rinse. Room advertised "as non-smoking"but it smelled smokey. TV did work ok. Most serious was the smoke alarm had been removed from ceiling above bed. I noticed the missing smoke alarm while resting before sleeping. When I looked for some writing paper I found the missing part of the smoke alarm in the top drawer of the chest. On hotel.com facility says breakfast and a picture accompanies the Internet ad. When I inquired, a small typewritten note taped up on the glass of the check in window days "no breakfast" was pointed out to me. Noisy all night until about 4 am. Someone kept knocking on my door during the night asking if 'mickey" was there. At morning departure, I Ieft my key card at the motel office window. No one in office with sign, back in ten minutes. Well I packed my car and in 15 minutes still no one in office. Outside my room door, room 307, the hallways were trash littered.Near the freight elevator to ground level someone had thrown-up. I forgot to mention bed covers had multiple burn holes. I was attending a conference at Sierra University a few miles away on Saturday and this motel was second closest to conference location. My first choice Hampton was sold out. Worst by far of any hotel I've stayed in thru Hotels.co

Summary: Was a little disappointed when the room I was put in didn’t have the sofa bed that was listed and to my knowledge the room was a queen bed and I booked a king room, this made space right as I came with my husband, 4 year old and myself we had to squeeze together on 1 bed, I tried to have front accommodate to my booking but was unsuccessful. Other than the room situation I enjoyed my stay and plan to book again just will make sure to clarify the room set up.

Summary: This hotel took a very long time for us to check in. And then when I got in the elevator to go to my room on the second floor, it smelled disgusting like urine and feces upon getting to the room the door would not open, and I tried numerous times went back down to the front desk and was told to just push really hard. It took 10 minutes to open the door And then we were only given two towels. I asked for extra towels and was brought one. The Wi-Fi would not connect and kept saying invalid. And there was no hot water for the entire stay. It only got lukewarm so I could barely take a shower.

Summary: I was comparing this to 2 other hotels in the area and I booked this because the pictures looked decent and have free breakfast and so I thought. As soon as I got there the lobby was closed and you only have to use this small window to talk to someone inside, they used the lobby as their own office. The place was filthy. The one that checks me in didn't give me back my ID and card until I remembered because I have to use my card, so I went back and the same guy asked me why I'm there and as soon as I said my ID and card, he immediately gave it to me because it was just sitting there on the counter very conveniently; like he was wishing I would never remember. The place looks like full of "low life" that lives there which gave you the feeling of not safe. The elevator smells and filthy. When I asked where's the breakfast in the morning, he said there's no breakfast and they cancelled it, but they never updated the description in the site which was deceiving, I could have just shell out few dollars more and get a more decent place.

Summary: The Hotel was good. Just the surrounding area was not so good, people were in the parking lot hanging out. Lots of people just sitting outside of the parking area. I didn’t feel very safe here. The front desk staff was great. I paid online for breakfast and they didn’t have it anymore.

Summary: We had cockroaches in our room from the start of our visit. Had to keep a light on in the bathroom to keep them from coming out. Our neighbors in the room beside us (310) kept being loud at random times of the night. Then on Friday 25th of July, we had a gentleman from room 223 or 224 knock on our door at 1am to see if I wanted drugs. We came back last night Monday 28th of July we had came back from lunch to our room being smokey even tho the AC was on and running. It was the worst stay because for the area it was the better of the few options for last minute booking but next time I come back here I'll be booking a room closer to Dos Lagos or more in Anaheim.

Summary: I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was better than i thought it would be. The area is a bit rough , but the staff is friendly and give great service . The room was not spotless, but you can tell they care about the property and aim to feo a good job . The only surprise was the 100 dollar deposit expected at check in , I trust it will be returned in a timely manner .
