Positive: Room was clean and had options between soft and hard pillows
Negative: No soundproofing at all and was next to an active construction site. Judging by the noise and hammering upstairs I assume the hotel was also under renovations for the top floor.

Positive: Nice and clean beds. Very comfy. Staff is really nice. Seattle is expensive to stay and with this motel you get good value for your money.
Negative: It is a very old building but they keep everything very clean.

Positive: The staff were nice and efficient in the check in and out process. The room was clean when we checked in. It is also close enough to downtown that it took only 30-40 minutes in traffic to get to the concert venue.
Negative: None of the pictures match what you get. We happened to get a room that was facing the sign so even with the curtains closed the room was fully lit by the light outside. Additionally being on the first floor meant that we could hear everything from the lobby which was right outside our door. Not to mention there was a window to the alleyway that was only locked in place by a piece of scrap wood.
Summary: Sleepless outside of Seattle.

Positive: Friendly staff, convenient breakfast, good location (many restaurants and a Costco nearby), free parking, comfortable and very clean beds and pillows, affordable. If you have a car, it is a good place to stay (25 minutes to downtown Seattle where you can park for around $15 for 9am-9pm). The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after a long day of walking.
Negative: Breakfast could be until 9:30. The coffee in the room is not good (coffee bags).

Positive: The breakfast was too simple with very limited selections there compared to the Days Inns in Canada. I expect the breakfast level should be similar within Days Inn chains but they are not the same level. The room is also too small for a family with a kid and the washroom is too narrow for a big guy to turning around inside
