Summary: Well the whole reason i booked this particular hotel was because it said they offered hot breakfast, I arrived to the hotel and asked the lady at the front desk what time breakfast was and she told me that they dont serve breakfast and haven't for years now. I found this rather irritating to say the least. Then when my friend and i entered our hotel room it literally felt like a sauna in the room it was so hot. Even after turning on the air-conditioner the room was still miserably hot. My friend then went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. She did change our room with no hassle. The room itself was beyond outdated. This hotel definitely needs a major renovation!!! Very disappointed to say the least.

Summary: Had a smoking room. King right beside the club. Terrible experience. Was relocated to non-smoking area. A little bit better. Whole building seemed moldy. No breakfast. Im kind of glad because there were gnats everywhere.

Summary: Room was big and clean. Had to call the front desk to get a remote for the TV. Had to program remote to get TV to turn on. Would only turn off and on. Channels wouldn’t come up and nothing else worked on it. Just turned it off and gave up. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. A floor lamp had been added and the bathrooms original lights didn’t work but you could see another set of lights had been wired in. No coffee maker in room but did have a microwave oven, fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The room was quiet and desk staff were friendly.

Summary: The front entrance was clean and smells good. Guy at service desk was very nice and friendly. Walking to our room got dirtier when we arrived it smells like cigarettes and animals. Our room had dirty floors. Pillows were yellow, towels were old. The bed was the worse. Not very comfortable. Did not sleep well. I have stay at hotels this price and had better rooms/beds.

Summary: The first room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke, the ac wouldn’t work, and the door latch broke. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and apologetic and quickly moved me to another room. The new room was tolerable for the little amount of time i planned to stay.
