Summary: We paid for an accessible room (handicapped). We got their definition of an accessible room in the basement. It felt like a jail walking to our room. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. Big time. The hot tub was not very warm first off, but no bubbles or anything. Just a hot tub.

Summary: 4 night stay. The place has been updated recently. So it was decently nice for the price . The only issue I had ( which was kind of a big deal) was that my shower had no temperature control. Too hot to shower. I asked for it to be fixed, but apparently the only fix they had was to make it a cool shower instead of a hot one.

Summary: Stayed for 5 nights. No room cleaning or fresh towels were offered. Had to go to front desk and ask. Billed upon check in and not check out. Room was average. Beds ok.

Summary: The hotel was clean and comfortable. It covered the basics for our stay. They had an EV chargering station next to the property and plenty of places to eat near by. The beds made quite a bit of noise if one person moved around and so does the ac. If you are a light sleeper, it may not be for you. They also offer a very simple breakfast of waffles, biscuits and gravy.

Summary: PROS: ▪︎Best part about the room was the mattress. It was definitely comfortable. ▪︎The AC worked great and had a "constant fan" option that worked good to block *some* of the loud noises in the hallways. The mini fridge was ok & kept drinks cold. It's bigger than those dorm ones. ▪︎When I brought up an issue, they handled it well. CONS: ▪︎Worst part 100% is the doors to the room. They dont have the things that slow doors down & prevent it from slamming shut. Lost a LOT of sleep due to this. ▪︎There is a lot of riff raff/homeless in this area. While that is not this Hotel's fault, I would expect that they would hire a security guy to patrol. ▪︎The shower is really really small. ▪︎1st time I took shower, I grabbed a towel that was nearly folded on my bed into some "towel artwork". I put the towel to my face & was shocked to see a large clump of black hair. (I have a blonde goat tee & bald head). Took the towel to front dsk. They offered me a credit. ▪︎ Noticeable leak under the sink. The only reason why I saw it was because after brushing, I noticed the toothpaste foam on the ground. ▪︎TVs didn't work in me or my friends room. I brought it to the attention of the front desk -Guy: "oh you just have to rescan it to add the channels". I mentioned that wasn't something I normally need to do at a hotel that is advertising the TV as a room amenity. The other guy at the front desk offered to "fix" it. I left assuming he did while I was gone as TV was on when i returned. Wasnt fixed

Summary: Staff was wonderful but they are so shorthanded. Never had to deliver dirty towels and trash directly to the front desk before as we had a multiple night stay. Breakfast selection was better than anticipated.

Summary: Our 2 day stay became a 2 different room stay because the first room lacked cleanliness and a leak in the bathroom sink. And after been changed rooms, which complied with thise minimum cleanliness requirements, we noticed that the toilet paper had fine deep hole on the roll. It seemed to be a syringe poke to be cleaned. Horrible!

Summary: We came to stay there, we ask for a room on the bottom due to health issues and ended up on 4th floor, when we got in the room no fire detection or remote for tv, there was three of us only 2 towels one hand towel and wash rag for three people. I went to ask for more towels and tv remote, but no phones to call desk either, went and ask and he gave us a ground floor room, it had a leaky shower to floor, no fore detection and only 2 towels etc, no problem there but went and got more towels, and another pillow. The beds were not comfortable, and felt like doubles instead of queens, the breakfast was poor, cearl, mini muffins, and biscuit and gravy, not a good breakfast especially if a dietetics. They did not bring us,new towels each day, and when ask her at desk to have housekeeper leave towels they did not, but when checking out they still had us down for the first room they stuck us in, so maybe left in old room, pool was down for maintenance. The shower was hot nice, but shower head was leaking out the back. The people were friendly there, its ok for one night but we suffer three nights, and room needed a sweep. Pictures on line arent the same as in person. Window glass to look out pretty dirty, ty for listening.
