Positive: Very good value for the Toronto area. Very clean room and bathroom. Generally this was a quiet location. Staff was friendly.
Negative: The parking lot was a little difficult to get into, and parking seemed limited. TV volume was unable to be adjusted with the remote we had. The water pressure in the shower wasn't bad, but I couldn't get the full flow to come through the showerhead, much was still coming out of the faucet - which was also strange that there was a faucet to fill up the tub and it was only a walk in shower. The water was so loud I thought it would wake up the neighbors and I wanted to get out as soon as possible.

Positive: The Location and the Staff are Helpful and Smiling all the time. Thanks to Usauel The Front Desk and Zeania.
Negative: I prefer to Change the Jim Room to the indoor Swimming Pool.

Positive: Clean, quiet and, accessible Starbucks and tim hortons are walking distance. We stayed here due to my son's weekend waterpolo tournament.. No complaints.

Positive: An inexpensive hotel that met expectations. Staff was friendly and it was a fast check-in. The room was comfortable; I had a good night's sleep. I left too early to be able to comment on the breakfast.
Negative: Elevator was very small and seemed a bit rickety.

Positive: I liked the comfort and the place for rest. Especially with the events I had planned for my time in the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Appreciated the cleaning staff offering to give me new towels. She was so nice and interacting with someone so friendly, added to my experience for my stay.
Negative: 1. The Lighting - I didn't like coming into a dark room and having to walk through the room to turn on the bedside light. Found that to be a potential hazard. There was a light switch by the door but it was very dim and didn't give much light for the room. 2. Another guest was making really loud banging noises till past 2:00AM making it impossible to sleep until the noises stopped. I had a busy day and an early morning the next day. So it tainted my experience for this stay.
