Summary: Overall pretty good but the bed could do with being changed whilst it appeared to be okay initially but we found it was dipping in the middle we were both feeling that whilst the sides appeared to be okay if you turned over onto your left side you were dipping down into the middle. Not sure if it is the mattress or the bed itself.

Summary: Overall good but TV in room needs an update as there were channels missing and channel idents from stations that no longer broadcast.

Summary: The room was lovely and on the ground floor, which was perfect with a dog. She enjoyed looking out of the window. We used the bar and ate in some of the places close by.

Summary: Good location for business and travel in the area. Close to motorway and amenities. Enjoyable stay helpful staff excellent breakfast for the cost. Very tolerant of two excitable boys thank you.

Summary: The services were on the same site ( next door even) the room was cool unfortunately my wife has had a stroke and requires a warmer room The only reason the hotel did not get full marks was people or children running up and down the corridors most of the evenings - every night

Summary: Check in was amazing, really friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Breakfast was fine, sausage egg bacon beans hash browns. Cereal toast croissants Danish all fresh. There isnt anything to do at the servuces in the evening by Wetherby is a 10 minute drive but then York is about 20 minutes
