Summary: Pictures on the website does not reflect the hotel. The hotel is outdated (no where near what the pictures show) and smelled musty. Two days in a row we didn’t have our room cleaned. The third night we had to move rooms because of a water pipe break. There was no manager around to discuss any of our concerns. I’m my opinion very unprofessional. I will say the front desk staff (especially Patricia) went above and beyond to try alleviate our frustration. I will not return to this hotel.

Summary: We were only in town for one night but we found everything was excellent. We had pre registered & check in was easy, quick & staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, very clean & well equipped. The hotel was busy but it was very quiet at night. The breakfast offered lots of variety & was perfect to start off the day. Would stay again.

Summary: Teens playing volleyball by the outdoor pool later at night was very noisy as well as the people above us were also noisy making for a not do relaxing time.

Summary: Nice and good sized room - mountain view King bed. Continental breakfast had boiled eggs and pancake machine that were unexpected and good. Coffee was good too. The bed could have been more comfortable and sheets whiter, but overall, it was a good experience. Service was fine as well and helpful.
