Summary: They refused to let me check in although I had already paid online. They claim I previously smoked in a room there but I have never smoked at all. The manager was very smug and said he didn't care if I wasn't a smoker because his housekeeper says different. Good news is I went to Fairfield Inn and it was awesome.

Summary: I’m sure management was trying to be nice by putting a single traveler into a suite rather than room with one bed. BUT the 2 rooms are huge and the television so far from the bed that it wasn’t possible to watch from bed Access to the rooms facing inside is limited and not convenient at all when I left early. I had to walk a long way with baggage to get to the car.

Summary: We stayed here while on vacation to visit family. The hot breakfast was not good. But there were good cereal options. The pool was very nice. We had a problem with one of the toilets not flushing properly, and maintenance came very quickly and fixed the problem. The housekeeper was absolutely amazing. We were traveling with three kids and everyday when we returned to the hotel all three beds were made. They even put the kids stuffed animals on the bed, like they would for their own children, in their own home. I was extremely impressed.

Summary: The room was very clean except for the area right inside the door. Staff was excellent and very helpful. The property has some really nice fountains. The entire property has very good lighting in the parking lots and corridors. Breakfast was okay—standard waffles, pre-frozen eggs and sausage—but hot and eating area very clean! Only one ice machine working though.
