Summary: The room was pretty decent. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking. All you need tho. Fridge microwave safe. Even coffee available whenever I wanted. The breakfast was great. My husband has celiac and they had several options for him so we were both able to j Have a good breakfast.

Summary: Amazing location, the mall is right beside this property and has a lot of food options. The hotel offers hot breakfast and an evening cookie service. Staff is very friendly. Only issue with my room was that it did not have a cupboard or hanger space to place my clothes so I had to keep them in the suitcase. Overall worth the price and comfortable stay! Highly recommend

Summary: Breakfast selection and area was awesome! However, 3 of the 5 staff people were really grumpy, hot tub and microwave did not work, spider in the bathroom, and worst, in the shower they have shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall. During the nught one came unattached, making large sound and startling me awake; It took a long time to go back to sleep. Vending machine didnt drop items until i bought same item second time (i got two) and garbage under vending machine. As stated 3 of the 5 staff people i interacted with were simply grumpy: seemed annoyed when i arrived, upset i brought dog out at 4am to go potty so they had to let mme back in, and upset i told them (not someone else, about microwave not working. I will say 2 of the staff were very warm to talk to. Not so sure ill be back.

Summary: We were disappointed that the hot tub was being repaired during our stay. The pool was very cold and we could only stay in it a short time. No one else was using the pool. The pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable for our adult son. Bathroom was very very small. Good location next to the Mall. Also note: Extra charges are incurred if your check in early ($30) and if you use the safe ($1.65/day). Check your bill before paying.
