Summary: They had nothing that was advertised. No breakfast in the morning. The pool was broken down and after they got it fixed it was gross and full of hair. I walked on the carpet bare foot and had to go wash my feet off.

Summary: The room and hallway smelled badly of smoke. Also, the bed was very hard. The toilet screeched for a full minute with each flush. The breakfast was a cereal bar and a water or OJ in a paper bag. (I was told this was because they are renovating and they will have a hot breakfast later.) On the positive side, the staff was polite, the location was quiet, and the room had a fridge and microwave. But that's not enough to bring me back. I'll not be back.

Summary: This is the place we always stay on our first night of vacation.... Lexington is a great 👍 city, and this hotel is very convenient. Very comfortable too.

Summary: No jacuzzi, just large tub with no working jets. Free breakfast was brown bag with granola bar and sunny delight. Pool closed early in the day.

Summary: Rooms did what we needed them to do but hotel is rundown and staff were not friendly. Plus we needed to leave at 3:00 AM and couldn’t get out through the lobby…so strange! Heard of being locked out but locked in?!?!

Summary: The rooms were somewhat comfortable with Extra firm beds. Front desk service was very kind. Overall clean BUT hallways smelled like smoke for a nonsmoking floor. Nice having patio doors on first floor. THERE IS NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!! A bag with beverage and granola bars is not a Continental breakfast. This should NOT be part of the hotels description and was a big disappointment. Rooms do have microwave and refrigerator so bring your own breakfast.

Summary: When I woke up after the first night, a brown roach like bug was on bed, it could have been a water bug. In the corners of the room and around the sides of the walls it had not been vacuumed and one of the corners there was a piece of something that looked like food. The toilet was very low with no grab bar to be able to get up and down off of it. The Continental breakfast was a joke. Sunny d bottle warm, and a cereal bar?

Summary: The hotel is old. It smells like smoke from previous years of smoking being allowed. There were cobwebs in our room as well as dust and dirt along the carpet edges. There was soap scum and hair in the bathroom, with the tub drain not draining properly. The TV did not work. There were no extra linens at the time we needed them. The beds sleep OK. Another big disappoint was the false advertisement regarding the continental breakfast. The breakfast included very limited options and was simply coffee and prepackaged cereal bars near a single table with 2 chairs. I will not stay at this facility again when visiting Lexington, Kentucky and feel that I should get some sort of reimbursement considering false advertisement regarding the breakfast which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel to begin with.
