Summary: Our GO TO when visitinf family in Moncton. Pool, gym, variety of breakfast foods, hot shower and convenient location.

Summary: Renovations were happening, our hallway was blocked off so we had to leave tge building if we wanted to go to the pool, terrible. Was told i was going to be given a discount since we stayed for 3 nights, but wasn’t given the discount. So disapointed, Probably wont be going again.

Summary: The service by the staff was really nice but the keys didn’t work most the time and I had to activate my key multiple times. I also found a Burger King crown in our lamp shade. There were no pool towels available. There was also no spare toilet paper so I had to ask front desk for another roll. I do want to say the gentleman working the front desk was very wonderful and accommodating for the things I needed.

Summary: Very good room. Clean. Very nice breakfast room. Hottub was extremely hot (unsafe hot) . Pool was too warm, not refeshing. We have stayed here several times. Staff are very nice. Love the hotel and location.

Summary: Four of us guys went away for the weekend. Check in was fine. Before I was back to my vehicle I got a text that if there was anything we needed to improve our stay let them know. When we got to our room we noticed there was only one chair and a small love seat. I messaged to see if we could get another chair. Never heard back. Tried calling housekeeping and guest services no answer after repeated calls. Time to go to bed I was sleeping on the pull out. Unfolded it and it was still covered in the bedding from the last people. Dirty sheets couple pillows and a stiff towel were still in it. I stripped it and luckily had cleaned sheets for it even though I was grossed out. Young adults ran up and down our hallway until 4:00 am hollering and slamming doors. When it came time to shower before leaving we discovered we had 2 face cloths and 2 towels even though we paid for 4 people. Called housekeeping and guest services again multiple times and again no answer. I called reservations from my cell phone and was told nobody available until 8:30. This was at 7:00. I’ve stayed here lots of times before but this will be the last

Summary: Our room was 3 degrees. Heat was not on at all. At one point, tge heat part wasnt even working. The machine itself wouldn't turn off. I had to put a jacket over it just to help stop the cold air. So much more. I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years with my family, alot has changed, i was not impressed altogether with my stay.
