Summary: The place was clean, and staff was nice. But for us, having no control on the temperature nor having a window in the room, made it uncomfortable. Also, i am used to sleeping with noise, but the fridge made a terrible sound that kept us up at night. We did let them know about all the issues, and nothing was really done. Someone apparently came to check the fridge and said nothing could be done. And i requested on day one of our 3 days booked to a possible change of room and they wouldnt accompdate us. We wont return.

Summary: Convenient location, quiet comfortable room and bed, parking garage, and friendly staff. The included breakfast was minimal but filled you up. I would stay here again.

Summary: The hotel offers a sizable layout, despite being a two-story structure. Our room, featuring two double beds, is notably spacious and well-maintained, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and pillows. The bathroom is generously sized, impeccably clean, and of excellent quality. The breakfast service provides a satisfying selection, including eggs and sausage. The dining area for lunch is not overcrowded. Ample and secure parking facilities are available.

Summary: The hotel is older and dated but clean, comfortable beds, staff are all friendly and helpful. Underground parking is great and secure

Summary: Towels were not clean. Hotel is quite old and well overdue for a makeover. Carpet is very old. Room had a distinctive smell to it.

Summary: Staff were friendly and helpful. When we entered the room we noticed the condition of the furniture, dated and dirty. Everything had either a stain on it for a layer of grime. Turning the sheets down we noticed how wrinkled both beds were and hair all over the sheets. We asked for another room but the place was full. The front desk person was on his own and came up with clean sheets but had to replace again as one set had stains on them. The bathroom was dull and dated, tub had water ring stains. View was a ransacked dumpster so could not open the window. Absolutely no security, anyone can walk in off the streets and wonder around the hotel from the main level bar off Queen or front entrance off Bay. We did notice a few strays in the building. Over all, staff are friendly and pre check in saved a lot of time ! We will definitely never stay here again
