Positive: Location was fine. Easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the tub was big.
Negative: Checking in was a nightmare. Took an hour. The woman checking us in was very short and came off very rude. The man who came after was much nicer.
Summary: Good if you need somewhere to sleep for a night, bad if you want to check in easily.

Positive: Clean and quiet, plenty of parking and in a very nice area!
Negative: There were two ladies at reception upon check in. One was wearing pyjamas… I don’t know if she was the daughter of the other lady but she seemed like she was being trained in. But that was a bad first impression. The door of our room had a huge gap and even when it was shut and locked, you could see right through the gap into the outside corridor and car park. A little unnerving.

Positive: The breakfast room lady was friendly, the rest of the staff not much. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was certainly adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the location had reasonably good access to main routes.
Negative: During our 3 night stay, NOT ONCE was our garbage emptied or the room freshened up! The room had been surface cleaned but needed a thorough cleaning - the tub and fixtures were badly stained, as was the upholstered furniture. I found long dark hairs in both the tub and sink that didn't belong to us. For 3 adults, there was 1 two inch bar of soap and 1 miniature bottle of shampoo. Do they really want people to stay here? It sure didn't feel like it. This is out of their control, but the building next door had a VERY noisy air conditioner.

Positive: Location to my final destination and proximity to conveniences (restaurants, grocery stores, etc)
Negative: My “non-smoking” room smelled of cigarettes. The collection of persons lingering around on the balconies smoking a variety of items made it a bit uncomfortable getting to and from my room. The ice machine on the second floor did not work, which I needed to help with an injury I sustained that day.
