We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. Relax in this peaceful golf course community with some of DFW's finest restaurants such as Marty B's. Our community boasts 5 pools and water spray park, hike and bike trails, 2 fitness centers, tournament tennis facility, town green and many more. You will be 13min away from Lake Lewisville, 21min away from DFW airport, 15min away from Texas Motor Speedway, and minutes away from Walmart, Kroger, UNT, TWU, NCTC and so on
The space
This newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath comes with a 55' TV, well-furnished kitchen, central A/C, WiFi, and multiple car parking spaces (excluding the garage). For your convenience, there is a laundry equipped with a washer and dryer to the left and as you make your way to the hallway on the right, you will see the master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed, recliner, chest drawer, and side table. The master bathroom comes with a large shower panel and a European-style commode. Past that, is the walk-in closet. Next up, is the well-furnished living area with couches and a sleeper sofa. The dining area is furnished for the comfort of the whole family. There is also a laptop-friendly study area. From the living area, you can navigate your way to the other 2 bedrooms. The one in the middle is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other one is furnished with a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans with light. Both bedrooms have easy access to the last bath.

You have access to the house through a keypad with access codes which would be provided before check in. You will have access to everything inside the property i.e bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room/tv, study desk, and backyard except the garage. Summary: Great home and super clean. Had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend of rest & relaxation. The host is an excellent communicator and very responsive. Even helped me check in earlier than expected and was a huge help. The community has lots of amenities and we loved choosing a different swimming pool each day. Would definitely stay here again.
