Summary: We decided to rent this property because our timeshares pool and beach access being repaired due to the hurricanes. We were not disappointed. Neighborhood is quite and the house is clean and just as pictured. The house is close to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to the beach. Owners are easy to contact and answered my questions quickly. The privacy was the real enjoyment and makes me want to give up our busy yearly timeshare.

Summary: The house is great and the location is great! We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to so many different things! Wasn't sure why I had to call the owner to get the code to get in when it said I would receive a text message and when I did reach him, he acted surprised that we were there. Did not care for the security camera recording my family in the pool area. Otherwise we really enjoyed our trip!

Summary: The house was perfect for my family while at a baseball Tournament. It has everything you would need for a great summer stay. We had the pool, the kithen was fully stocked to make meals and there were plenty of coffee machines for all your needs. It was very homey and comfortable.

Summary: This was a perfect setting for relaxing and hanging out by the pool. The home is spacious and very well-equipped, with everything you need. We spent most of our time in the pool area, which is private and beautiful. Many thanks to Joe and Nelli for being responsive and accommodating hosts!

Summary: My husband and I were moving to Port Orange and had one wk without a home due to our closing of our home so we rented Waters Edge. Needless to say, this home was beautiful, so relaxing, extremely clean, atmosphere and community were absolutely beautiful . The owners were extremely accommodating. If I needed another VRBO for Port Orange, Waters Edge would be the place!
