Negative: Breakfast was below average for a hotel in PL (the worst we experienced so far). Pool was supposed to be opened from 10:00 but at 10:15 was still closed. Was really disappointed with our stay.

Negative: As a visitor to the sports complex, you did not pay for parking because the gate was open, but as a hotel guest you did. The restaurant was not ready for lunch time. We waited over an hour for the food. But we were warned.

Positive: Wonderful spa, delicious breakfast, spacious and well ventilated room, comfortable beds
Negative: The cross country tracks aren’t prepared. I do understand that there’s too little snow for the snowcats. But is it too little for the skidoo as well? Can’t the tracks be prepared with the skidoo as they are for example in Finland? And it would be just wonderful to ban the walkers from the skiing tracks. To be honest I am sure that the skiers would even pay for the tracks to be prepared and not having the walkers destroying the tracks. And I need to stress that we are choosing your property to stay at only because of the possibility to ski.
