Positive: Nice little farm, our kids loved to see the animals and there were two bunnies running around. Great place to have restaurant- level dinner. Good location, easy to access by car and a lot of space to park your car.

Negative: Breakfast was OK at the weeekend, but on workdays breakfast felt like leftowers from the weekend.. Our room was not the same as the one I saw in the pictures of my reservation - no living room, round stairs, no kitchen corner.. And staff could not do anything - all rooms full and host even told that the one i see in pictures of my reservation would cost more... Hot water had normal pressure, but cold water barely was enough to manage warm not hot shower/ to wash hands.. Playground outside is awful- dirty and old..

Positive: Beautiful setting with farm animals, nicely decorated places to sit and relax outside, great breakfast and helpful staff. Always nice to have chocolate on your bed as a little treat.

Negative: There was a miscommunication between messages and booking.com. Messages are separate from the actual booking. So if you have a special request make sure it is noted in the booking process and not just as a separate message. The owner was more than willing to help make everything right, but it is good information to know that the two forms of communication are not connected.

Summary: Beautiful farm bed and breakfast I would recommend to anyone staying near Antwerp.

Positive: Sandy was very helpful. The breakfast that was provided was superb. The family room was big enough for 5 people. The location was good for easy access to Antwerp

Negative: The view wasn't great being close to a factory and motorways. That said. It didn't impact our stay. The family room was very hot upstairs. It could do with a bigger fridge.
