Positive: I stayed in the budget room, which needs a new mattress and toilet seat. Other than that, it is a cute room. I hope that can be improved. It is a place I am highly likely to return.
Negative: The mattress in the budget room was very uncomfortable, and the toilet had no seat.

Positive: Lovely spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, easy parking, nice grounds.
Negative: Pillows too high, very uncomfortable. Shower impossible to get water temperature correct. Could only get hit or cold. Definitely need to fix both to make it worth returning. A good night sleep and a nice shower are really important for travellers.
Summary: It is a lovely place to stay, even though not close to town. But the pillows are not good.

Positive: The modern features all around the place are breathtaking, you feel special the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional as they respond swiftly to requests paying much attention to detail.
Negative: There is nothing not to like apart from the electricity loss at times which had a little effect on the functioning of the place in terms of the air conditioning as it was extremely hot but this was out of their control. A fan was provided as an alternative. The water was cold in the shower which again wasn’t a problem for us as we were hot anyways.
