Positive: Hilda is great and her breakfast basket is amazing, plus you don't need to worry about lunch! As well as the bedroom you get a living room and there is a mini-bar in a fridge (paid), but a fair bit of room for your own stuff that needs to be cold. There are also some free snacks and a really good Chinese restaurant and parking right across the road.

Negative: This wouldn't be for you if you need the loo a lot in the night as the guest toilet is downstairs and the stairs are spiralled. When carrying bags up and down make sure that the bag is on the narrow side and don't be afraid to put the light on at night.
