Positive: We stayed in an executive double room and oh my word the bed was just the most comfortable! Breakfast was great too - we found everything we wanted. We had dinner at the buffet and it was great. Kiddy options were not the best, but I guess that depends on what the child likes to eat. My son decided my grilled sea bass looked better than the fish fingers and he had that instead. I've heard that the changing rooms at the spa were a bit grim, but that was not our experience - the pool was quiet and the changing rooms were fine (we did not check the showers as we showered in our room)

Positive: Our entire stay was absolutely amazing. The entire staff were incredibly caring and helpful,supportive, throughout our stay. They had been tipped off that it was our Diamond Wedding Anniversary and they all made us feel very special. On the evening of our anniversary the restaurant manager and staff were exceptionally kind to us making our table look beautiful.

Negative: Unfortunately our age was our biggest problem. Parking was difficult and spaces were hard to find for us as we are in poor health and we sometimes had a long way to walk to reception.

Summary: EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF made us feel at home. From the reception staff restaurant and staff cleaners.
