Our large longère style house ideally located in the residential area of Deauville.
5 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops, 10 minutes walk from the racetrack, and Place Morny, it has two gardens, one facing south and perfectly sheltered from the wind, with large garden table and parasols for meals, the 2nd sea side (sloping).
Perfect for large families with children, bikes, barbecue, beach toys and board games are available.
It has a very large living-dining room overlooking the garden and the terrace.

Summary: We used the house to bed to bridgeteams 8 people in total, about the maximum for 8 individuals. Everything OK except the cumbersome entryprocedures and the precarious parkingsituation. The latter could be improved if the wooden fence could be repaired and opened giving room on the gravel for inside parking. neighbours have big cars and three in the alley is almost too much.

Summary: This is a lovely home with lots of charm. It was perfect for our visit to the Normandy region. Kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes. Bedrooms are comfortable and large. Large dining room table for family meals. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.

Summary: we loved the location of this house - the fabulous beach at Deauville really was just 5 minutes away, but the state of the house left quite a lot to be desired: the downstairs toilet didn't work properly when we got there and wasn't repaired very quickly, a cupboard in the kitchen had come away from a hinge and had had merely been propped up rather than sorted out - and there was old coffee in the glass percolator when we arrived. I gather this might be a temporary cleaning problem, but the whole place felt a little neglected, such a shame since it was basically a nice house. I've been quite kind in giving it 3 stars, at least in part because of its location, and we did love being back in Normandy.

Summary: We had the most fantastic week staying in your beautiful house, thank you. The house is in a superb location, literally a couple of minutes from a lovely beach where we enjoyed long walks and bike rides (kindly left by the owners and were prefect for our mixed aged group family). The nearest supermarket is just around the corner and wonderful boutiques about a 15 minute walk. We were spoilt for choice for restaurants and found a couple within walking distance with bars overlooking the sea for sun downers. We had my parents staying with us and 3 children and the house lends itself very well to a large family group, with spacious bedrooms (very comfy beds) and plenty of ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen, whilst quite small has everything you need to cook for large numbers and the dining area is a very good size so more than made up for quite a cosy kitchen. Whilst we had bought our own beach towels, there were plenty of supplies in the house, the owners genourously leaving plenty of games, racquets and toys for the children to entertain themselves with. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this House and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
