Positive: La comida fue buenísima la atención de algunos empleados. La cantidad de piscinas y organización general del hotel La calidad de los cócteles es 100/10. Buen aseo en las habitaciones, buffet, áreas comunes, piscinas.

Negative: El de los cocteles junto a la piscina doble, medio groserito a veces. Se demoraron para entregarnos la habitación y aún asi, no nos dejaron usar el hotel hasta después de las 3:00 pm (primera vez que me pasa) En el minibar de las habitaciones no había nada. Las escaleras de algunas habitaciones son algo resbalosas.

Positive: Food at this all inclusive resort was very interesting. Great variety,, every day something different was served. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The quality of toilet equipment in the room. No matter how often the staff member was fixing it for us, it kept failing. It was very frustrating every time we had to use it.
